1. DELIVERY
www.birgit-oestergaard.com delivers with Post Nord to Denmark and other European Contries. Delivery time is 2-5 days for Danish orders - other destinations will be notified by design@birgitoestergaard.dk. Stock items are dispatched within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email within 24 hours.

Timely Delivery requires close collaboration with our partners. Any delays in PostNord will delay the arrival to our costumers. All orders can be tracked with track and trace possibilities and we take pride in keeping our commitments. www.birgit-oestergaard.com can not be held responsible for delays in Post Nord. In cases of very late (several days) or outright defaulted supplies we must, as a service, deliver a replacement free of charge.


2. WARRANTY
www.birgit-oestergaard.com offers a 2 year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing material defects discovered in its normal use. No guarantee for light bulbs. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be detected by usual examination of the goods shall be notified us within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment if necessary - credit. In connection with reasonable  complaints, www.birgit-oestergaard.com will return another item free of costs. If in doubt please contact us by e-mail.

Right of Withdrawal

Our policy of returning is 14 days from the date of receipt. If cancelled please return the goods in unused condition, in the same condition as received and in original packaging. Once the item is received by us and approved for missing error we refund the purchase price less the sales and delivery costs to your account within days. Return costs borne by the customer. 3. RETURNS

Do you want to return an item, please send an e-mail to design@birgitoestergaard.dk. Await then further instructions before returning the item as deviations from our return procedure increases the processing time. Please indicate order number or invoice number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

 

4. ERRORS, DEFECTS OR MISSING DELIVERY
By defect, or any missed deliveries, please contact us by e-mail or phone. When contacting us please include your order or invoice number so we quickly and efficiently can solve your problem. If the package is not received within 14 days (Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland excluded), please contact us so we can find the package.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 7 days of receipt if the product has mistakes. After due right to compensation of the goods we reserve the right to reject and cancel the order, in whole or in part, without further reason. This will typically, but not exclusively, be justified by errors in price, system failure or suspicion on payment abuse.
We strive to information appearing on the website and on the order confirmation is correct. But there is no guarantee to the accuracy of prices or delivery time. Unfortunately information on this website may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors or system failures. Prices on www.birgit-oestergaard.com is not determined from either offer or contract and are subject to change without notice.
 
5. GOODS TOURNAMENT
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to design@birgitoestergaard.dk. Await then the detailed instructions before you return the product because deviations from our return procedure increases the processing time. Please indicate the order number or invoice number and a brief description of the reason for the return.


6. REIMBURSEMENT

In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid products as are canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. The reimbursement may be effected by a reversal to the same account that belongs to their previous credit card. This amount may also be reimbursed by bank transfer, if desired. Please provide the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be informed by e-mail or other traditional correspondence.

 

7. PRIVACY
No personal information recorded by Birgit Ostergaard ®, is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely and is accessible only to trusted employees.
In connection with any electronic payment using a secure, encrypted and approved payment through PayPal or our bank Sydbank A / S.
The shop system uses cookies to control the contents of your cart. A cookie is simply the name of a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your address details for the next visit in our shop. If you want later to delete this information, this can be done via browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example via the "Tools" menu and menu item "Internet Options".
During a purchase we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used solely for processing your order. Information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years. The purchase agreement is not stored in Birgit Østergaard ® in a way so that you  - at any time - can log in and view / change status.
In addition, we record an IP address from any purchase made. The information is normally not used, but can be used in connection to a police investigation. All fraudulent orders are reported to  the police!

Optionally you can have your e-mail address included on a mailing list with www.birgit-oestergaard.com in order to receive news and other information from us. We only  send out newsletters when we actually have news. This service you can always subscribe and unsubscribe as you wish.
According to Personal Data Protection we will notify the recorded information, and on the basis of any objections we will make deletion to the extent desired.
  
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR PARCEL.

All our products are available for International costumers and we ship to all European countries We take care of a secure and reliable transaction and ship fast and insured to the agreed address.
